Signature Services takes the hassle out of moving and repacking your mobile storage unit. Prince Batts the manager is personable and professional. He meets and greets each customer onsite and will ensure that you are 100% satisfied with his movers. The movers handled each piece of furniture with careful attention as if it were their own. They secured the contents, wrapped it in a blanket and tied it up snugly with large bands of plastic wrap; then used sliders and dollies; so nothing was scratched or marred. The movers were fast, efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. They were very accommodating and allowed me to remove some gardening tools from my storage unit, disconnected the propane from the grill and stored it on the mobile unit. They were mindful of my dog who can be a challenge, with them, it was no problem whatsoever. I plan to change my moving reservations and have Signature Services move the rest of my furniture and belongings once my house is sold. Give them a call today, you won’t be disappointed.

I would give 10 stars if I could!! Prince Batts and his employee, Darron Hodge arrived EARLY to our 9AM appointment. Mr. Batts arrives to make sure everything is going to go as planned. He had no intention of helping move, as we had secured another neighbor responding to our Nextdoor post. We were going to use this neighbor and one of Mr. Batts guys, Darron. Well, I reached out to the neighbor at 9AM, and he was still close to 25 minutes away! So, Mr. Batts stepped in to make the move happen!! Prince and Darron were very prompt, professional, and careful. And this narrow stairwell is NOT easy to navigate, but they handled it brilliantly. They even wrapped the furniture to ensure it was protected. Recommend, recommend, recommend!!
