I can't sing enough praise for Signature Services and its owner, Prince Batts. My move from Charleston to Florida went off without a glitch. I have many very delicate pieces, and not one casualty when the boxes were unpacked. The team was professional, curteous and genuinely cared about taking great care of my items. I was referred to Prince by my realtor. I reached out to him in October with a move date in December. Let me tell you…. Expectations were beyond exceeded! He scheduled and planned the movers from TN to SC, did regular check ins to see if I needed anything during the process, communication is top notch, helped in finding a storage location, checked in with me on moving day, throughout my drive to SC, after my arrival, met me at storage with the movers, and has made sure everything is as close to perfection as possible. Better than white glove service if that’s a thing. After I buy my forever home I plan to use his services again to get everything from storage. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! He is extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his career. I’ve moved a lot throughout my life and this is the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend using his service! Extremely affordable too! Especially for an out of state move.
